According to the website, this week prices in Bedford ranged from 134.9 pence per litre for unleaded petrol at five filling stations to 139.9 pence per litre one BP garage.
The map allows our readers to see how much petrol costs at filling stations in Bedford and where to go nearby for cheaper options.
This is clearly the last thing we all want as we work to boost jobs and growth locally, and it is vital that the fuel retailers take action locally to make prices irer.

By contrast, the cheapest price for unleaded petrol in Milton Keynes is 129.9 pence per litre. And in Luton it costs 127.7 pence per litre to fill up at Asda.
The website map also indicates that there are different prices for unleaded fuel at all four BP garages in Bedford.
Fuel bills make up a large part of many peoples weekly household budgets, and it is appalling that local households in Bedford Borough have to pay more for getting to work and getting around.
Another great concern is the danger that high petrol prices here make people more inclined to go elsewhere for leisure or shopping and buy fuel at the same time.
